WELCOME TO OUR CABIN!
|
A new, 2006, custom-built cabin is now available for crafters (available
seasonally during the long Minnesota winters), hardwood flooring
clients, and vacationers. A perfect setting to do your favorite hobby
whether that be quilting, scrapbooking, beading, stamping, knitting,
or just simply relaxing with a good book. For those vacationers who
want an evening campfire to roast marshmallows, a clean lake and
beach to do water sports or fish from the dock, a place near state
land for pheasant and deer hunting, and a variety of yard games,
look no further! This get-away is conveniently located near Glenwood,
MN, 120 miles west of the Twin Cities, near historic Alexandria,
MN. The structure is a 1½ story loft, having beautiful large
windows facing Lake Amelia, and a cozy, cottage feel. Two sleeping
quarters are available: one room consisting of a queen bed and two
single-bunked beds, and the loft hosts four single beds and two queen
beds. A bathroom for each quarter is completed for your convenience.
The main floor houses a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, and a large center island).
A nice abundance of natural lighting is made available from the huge
picturesque southeast-facing windows. All linens including bath towels,
washcloths, bedding and pillows are available for your use. Toilet
paper, napkins, and shampoo/conditioner are also on site. A truly
beautiful, serene, and relaxing atmosphere to be enjoyed by you,
your family, and friends. |
